Andy Warhol 7th Grade

7th Grade Created these Andy Warhol inspired works of art.  Each Student got to choose their own person that they wanted to draw and color.  They turned out pretty good. 

Chicken Crossing the road

1st grade worked on this project where we drew out chickens crossing the road and then making the road in perspective.  They seemed to really get into the idea of baby chicks. 

Kidrobot with the 8th Grade

Kidrobot is a company that specializes in making small Plastic DIY toys.  Each student was given a small white plastic toy to paint and design.  Here are the reults.  The students were really excited to work on this project and it has recieved a lot of possitive feed back from other studetns while these have been on display at the Jr. High. 

1st grade Mascots

Our school is a No Excuses School, so I had all the first graders draw a picture of their mascot for their class.  We have the Black Knights for West Point, Smokey the Dog for Tennessee, and A Boilmaker for Purdue. 

3rd grade Angry Birds

Well the 3rd grade saw that the 2nd graders were drawing Angry Birds so they wanted to get in on learning how to draw them as well.  So I decided to do a little different compostion with them to mix it up.
